THEREFORE PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD, SO THAT WHEN THE DAY OF EVIL COMES, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO STAND YOUR GROUND, AND AFTER YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING, STAND FIRM THEN, WITH THE BELT OF TRUTH BUCKLED AROUND YOUR WAIST, WITH THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN PLACE, AND WITH YOUR FEET FITTED WITH THE READINESS THAT COMES FROM THE GOSPEL OF PEACE. IN ADDITION TO ALL THIS, TAKE UP THE SHIELD OF FAITH, WITH WHICH YOU CAN EXTINGUISH ALL THE FLAMING ARROWS OF THE EVIL ONE. TAKE THE HELMET OF SALVATION AND THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD. AND PRAY IN THE SPIRIT ON ALL OCCASIONS WITH ALL KINDS OF PRAYERS AND REQUESTS. WITH THIS IN MIND, BE ALERT AND ALWAYS KEEP ON PRAYING FOR ALL THE LORD’S PEOPLE.

Hi all. Well today I have many things to talk about and update you on.  Lets start with the good news first 🙂 the good news is, THE-BOOK-OF-ROO is going amazingly well, in fact, it is going so well, that I just got in contact with 2 pretty popular sites, that are willing to help advertise THE-BOOK-OF-ROO.  The one site is a facebook site, it is a foundation that helps disabled artists get their names known, that means no matter if you draw, paint, write, sing, whatever it is, if your disabled they will help you.  The 2ND site is a Christian site that’s centered around updating people on anything and everything new that’s going on in the Christian world, especially the Christian music world.  The site is called New Release Tuesday (NRT) this (NRT) site is a pretty big step for THE-BOOK-OF-ROO, because this site has over 30,000 members, that’s not including their facebook or twitter pages, (NRT) has agreed to not only advertise THE-BOOK-OF-ROO on their website and facebook and twitter pages, but they also have agreed to mention THE-BOOK-OF-ROO, and mention me, Jackie Yafanaro, in a upcoming news letter, and their newsletters reach about 20,000 to 30,000 people, so again this is a big step for THE-BOOK-OF-ROO.  I am asking that anyone and everyone who reads THE-BOOK-OF-ROO and is supportive of what I am doing, please keep me and the site in prayer, and please pray that GOD continues opening doors for me.  OK so here’s the, sad, heartbreaking news.  Another woman who has Osteogenisis Imperfecta, has went home to be with the LORD, her name was Ewa Smeja, she was about 33 years old, and she also was a mother to a young girl, I think the daughters name is Anna, her daughter also has Osteogenisis Imperfecta. I had met Ewa in a Osteogenisis Imperfecta support group, on the Osteogenisis foundation website. I also had got to know her even better on facebook.  The picture above is of Ewa, Ewa was always so positive, and she had helped me and many others with Osteogenisis Imperfecta, if you ever needed to talk, or if you ever had a question about the disease, Ewa was your girl, she was like the wikapedia of Osteogenisis Imperfecta lol, she was a great friend to all, in the many Osteogenisis Imperfecta support groups and she will be missed by many, including me.  You know, when I first joined all these Osteogenisis Imperfecta support groups, I joined them because, like I said in a previous blog, I had joined them, because I was hoping to be able to help encourage and teach others with Osteogenisis Imperfecta, and help encourage their parents, but never did I think I would learn so much myself, never did I think they would be the ones encouraging and teaching me, but they have and for that I am very grateful and thankful, and you all will always have a special place in my heart.  Beckah Shae the Christian singer, wrote something on her facebook page yesterday that I loved, she said, It’s not things that make people special, it’s the people that make things special, wow she is so right.  Thats exactly how I feel about all my Osteogenisis Imperfecta friends and all my friends I met doing THE-BOOK-OF-ROO site. Beckah Shae is just so inspiring to me, every time I need a word of wisdom, I always go looking on her page, and boom there’s always something there that touches my heart, GOD uses this woman even more than I think she realizes, GOD bless you Beckah Shae, and thanks for the encouragement once again. In the middle of writing this blog, this song came on the NRT Radio station called Everything Falls, its by a group called Fee, and wow, that song spoke to me so much.  I deleted everything I had started to originally write, and started all over, that’s also why this blogs coming out so late hehehehe 🙂 anyways, this song talks about, no matter what your going through, even if you feel your life’s fallen apart, GOD is there holding you together.  Ewa’s husband, when he wrote to us all announcing Ewa’s death, you could tell by his words, that he was at a total loss, and really didn’t know what to do or where to turn, even though he only wrote a short sentence explaining what had happened, you could still feel the huge amount of pain that this man was in, and you really could see that he truly was heartbroken and that he truly did feel like his world fell apart. I am here to tell him and anyone out there, that if you feel lost, sad, confused, disappointed, destroyed, heartbroken, or as the song says, feels like your world has fallen apart, please know GOD is there holding you together.  As I tell all my friends, he is there holding you in the palm of his hands.  A friend contacted me tonight asking for prayer and advice, she asked me how do I go through all that I go through and yet have such a positive out look on life, and she had asked me how does she her self get through a struggle, I had told her that the only way to get through things, the only way to stay, positive, strong, patient, kind, joyful, and hopeful, is to have a true relationship with our LORD JESUS CHRIST.  As part of Ephesians 6, it says, be strong, put on the full armor of GOD pray against evil, pray in the spirit, have a positive mind people, speak faith in your life, speak the word of GOD in your life.  Psalm 84:11 says For the LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.  It has been about 5 months since I started this blog, and around the time I started this blog, was the same time I joined all the Osteogenisis Imperfecta groups, and since I joined the groups about 4, maybe even 5 people have died, that is so sad, that means from the Osteogenisis Imperfecta group at least 1 person with Osteogenisis Imperfecta, has died a month.  By the way, if the group has 500 people that’s saying a lot 😦 it is very sad, but I do know everyone of these people no matter how long they lived, they lived life to the fullest, all of us with Osteogenisis Imperfecta, have one of the worse disease there is, one of the most painful disease’s there is, one of the most life threatening disease’s there is, but even though we have a life threatening disease, we know how to truly live.  In a disease that has tried to take our strength, our joy, our hope, our life, it still has not won and never will win.  Please keep all my Osteogenisis Imperfecta friends in prayer, and remember everyone, be strong, be positive, be joyful, be hopeful, and remember, there is power in the name of Jesus.  So be strong and hold on tightly to him, because he said he’d never leave us or forsake us, even if our world gets shaken and we feel like every things fallen apart, our GOD IS MIGHTY AND STRONG.  Most importantly, remember, there is POWER IN THE BLOOD. STAY STRONG ALL, KEEP HOLDING ON TO OUR LORDS HAND, AND REMEMBER OUR GOD IS A AWESOME GOD, HE IS THE RULER OF ALL THINGS (including evil) SO PUT ON HIS ARMOR AND FIGHT BACK. That’s all I have for today. JESUS IS FIGHTING WITH YOU, HE IS FIGHTING FOR YOU, AND HE LOVES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF ANYONE FEELS HOPELESS OR WEAK.  I PRAY THAT THE LORD TOUCHES YOU, THAT HE STRENGTHENS YOUR MIND, YOUR SPIRIT, YOUR HEART, AND THAT YOU REALIZE THESE ARE NOT JUST WORDS, BUT THAT THERE TRULY IS POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS. LORD STRENGTHEN THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER IF ITS MENTAL OR PHYSICAL.  LET THEM FEEL STRONG AGAIN, FEEL JOY AGAIN, FEEL HAPPINESS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FEEL LOVED BY YOU FATHER GOD, IN THE NAME OF JESUS I PRAY AMEN.
